Mona was first introduced to tango ten years ago. She started dedicating herself to the dance since 2001 and has been travelling to Buenos Aires every year to study with tango masters. Her training in other dance forms and yoga (a certified yoga instructor) provide her with a solid foundation and thorough understanding in the principles and techniques of tango.

Mona 於90年代中期第一次接觸到阿根廷探戈。她在2001年後全心專注發展這舞蹈。從那時起,她每年也會到布宜諾斯賽利斯跟資深的探戈大師深造和研究。她具有其它舞蹈訓練、也身為專業瑜伽導師、再加上她對身體結構及運作方面的認識，令到她對探戈的獨特風格及技巧有詳盡的理解。

After leaving the corporate world, she dedicated herself to studying tango and yoga.  She is also a yoga instructor and an enthusiast in biomechanics.  Fascinated by the transformation tango and yoga have done to her and some others, Mona's passion and drive to become a professional tango teacher emerged.

She founded Lead & Follow and started teaching in 2005.  She is well-known for her defined pedagogy and was the first local teacher invited to teach in Shanghai, China.   She has been at the forefront of the development of Argentine Tango in Hong Kong and she celebrates the joy of inspiring people to share and to connect with one another through the beauty of Tango.
